Lucky Solanki

I build the hard partsof product software.

I work on integrations, AI workflows, realtime systems, payments, and internal tooling - the parts of a product that are hard to fake and expensive to get wrong. My background spans founder-led products, in-house engineering, and solo client builds.

  • 100K+ monthly users
  • 13-tool MCP server
  • Founder + in-house experience

Where I fit best.

At Blitzit, where I work on integrations, AI tooling, and backend systems that support daily product use.

Before that, I co-founded MaddyCustom and built the platform behind a business that grew to 100K+ monthly users and ₹60L annual revenue.

I also run Spyll, a consumer app that reached 1,200+ Android downloads in its first month without paid acquisition.

That mix matters. I have shipped as a founder, as an in-house engineer, and as a solo builder - which makes me comfortable owning both product tradeoffs and technical execution.

If you need someone to own a difficult product surface.

The best fit is work that sits between product judgment and technical complexity.

  • AI features, workflow automation, or tool use that has to hold up in production
  • Integrations, sync, payments, realtime features, or internal tooling
  • A product area that is slowing the team down and needs clear ownership

If that sounds close, email me with the problem, the current stack, and where things are blocked.
